Through frequent exchanges and some joint projects with High Impact over the last few years, we are impressed by their strong professional knowledge and enthusiasm in enhancing NGOs' organizational capacity. In 2001 High Impact was appointed by our Council for consultancy in producing a learning package for NGOs on "Service Process Improvement" and in 2003 they were invited to conduct a 3-day workshop for NGOs' senior staff on "Agency Audit on Service Quality & Process". Both projects received very positive feedback from participants.
